Holly Masters BA Hons ACA
Holly qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012, and has since specialised in providing accounting, tax and commercial advice to incorporated and owner managed businesses. Prior to this, she studied at Kings School Bruton in Somerset, and obtained her BA honours degree in History and Politics from Oxford Brookes university in 2009. She works with clients from a plethora of sectors including construction and property, engineering, architecture, interior design, retail and the services industry, primarily London based.

Holly provides clients with pro-active advice and finds them solutions to the issues they face which are innovative but practical whilst conveying accounting practice, without jargon and providing clarity on the implications and effects that various courses of action will have.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her young son Humfrey, countryside walks with their springer spaniel, and attending summer festivals.

Kristina Ackland
Kristina joined the Hatherleigh team in December 2019. Prior to this she worked in retail banking as a personal banker, which provides an additional advantageous insight when assisting in accounts preparation and bookkeeping.  

Kristina qualified as a chartered banker June 2017. She now uses her previous banking knowledge, due diligence and experience, to assist in the preparation of accounts for limited company accounts, sole traders and partnerships. In addition to this, she assists in the bookkeeping and VAT service for Hatherleigh clients, using innovative software such as Receipt bank and Xero to provide key management figures for our clients.

Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her young children, Rosie, Isabelle and Rupert, painting and crocheting.

Poppy Lewis-Kenyon
Poppy joined the Hatherleigh team in August 2020. Prior to this Poppy had completed the majority of her AAT level 2 qualification (which she continues to complete), and brought with her the technical knowledge for bookkeeping, VAT and double entry. Poppy assists in the preparation of accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. In addition to this, she assists in the bookkeeping and VAT service for Hatherleigh clients, using Xero to provide both compliance and key management figures for our clients. Furthermore, she assists clients with their tax payments, pension administration, Companies House administration such as confirmation statements, and payroll.

Outside of work, Poppy enjoys spending time with her family and dog and enjoys cooking and reading.

Gemma Trigg
Gemma joined the Hatherleigh team in April 2022.

Gemma is presently undertaking her training with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers towards her ICB Level 3 Diploma in Payroll Management. Gemma manages all aspects of payroll, from the preparation of payslips, to holiday pay calculations, paternity and maternity pay including advance claims, salary sacrifice, SSP calculations, and pension submissions with NEST, RIBA, Smart, Peoples Pension, and NOW Pensions. She also assists in the preparation of company secretarial returns and changes, payroll and VAT registrations, bookkeeping, VAT return preparation, personal tax returns for individuals with investment portfolios, sole trader income and expenses, and property income and expenses.

Outside of work, Gemma enjoys spending time with her two young children, Rex and Floss, and growing vegetables.
